Terms of Service

1. About Us  
Welcome to GlobalbagCollection By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. We sell high quality bags + accessories and operate from South Africa.

2. Orders & Payment  
All orders are subject to acceptance + stock availability. Prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We accept [EFT, PayFast, Card]. Payment must be cleared before we dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or unavailable stock.

3. Shipping & Delivery  
Delivery times: 2-5 business days for major SA cities, 5-10 days for rural areas. Courier fees are calculated at checkout. Risk transfers to you once the courier scans the parcel. We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, load shedding, or public holidays.

4. Product Info  
We try our best with photos + descriptions, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting/screens. All bags are new unless stated as “pre-owned”. Dimensions are approximate.

5. Returns & Refunds  
See our full [Returns & Refunds Policy] page. In short: 14 days to return unused items in original condition. Customer pays return shipping unless we made the error.

6. Intellectual Property  
All content, photos, logos on this site belong to GlobalbagCollection 

7. Limitation of Liability  
We’re not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or profit loss from using our site. Our max liability = the price you paid for the item.

8. Privacy  
We collect your name, address, contact + payment details only to process orders. We don’t share your info. See our [Privacy Policy] for details. We comply with POPIA.

9. Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled in KZN courts.

10. Changes  
We may update these Terms anytime. “Last updated” date at the bottom will change. Continued use = you accept the new Terms.
