Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns  
We want you to love your bag. If it’s not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.  
Conditions:  
 •  Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached  
 •  Bag must be free from damage, stains, or odors  
 •  Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item was faulty/damaged on arrival  

2. Refunds  
Once we receive + inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.  
Refunds cover the item price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error/faulty product.  

3. Exchanges  
Need a different color/size? No problem. Select “Exchange” when you request a return and let us know your preference. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.  

4. Faulty or Damaged Items  
If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement + cover return shipping. No return needed for small defects we can fix.  

5. Non-Returnable Items  
Custom/personalized bags, gift cards, and sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.  

6. How to Start a Return  
Email us at  [ GlobalbagCollection@gmail.com] with your order number + reason for return. We’ll send you a return address and instructions.  
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
